Schedule:
9:30-10am Arrive, settle in with tea and coffee
10am-12pm Active Vinyasa Flow
12-1pm Farm-to-table lunch with local, seasonal produce
1-3pm Flexible free time: a farm tour or take time to rest, read, paint or explore the coast–whatever suits your retreating style!
3-4:15pm Group pie baking lesson or continue retreating your way
4:30-6:pm Restorative afternoon practice
6-6:30pm Enjoy fresh-baked pie together & say goodbye
